The Western Union® Gold program enables you to move your money faster and more conveniently! Simply preregister and provide us with all your relevant information.

Gold Points & Redemption

As a member of the Western Union® Gold program, you earn points every time you remit money using your Gold program number. The more points you accumulate, the bigger the rewards you can redeem. Click here for more information.

Free SMS* notification

The more information you provide, the more services are available to you. For example, if you give us your mobile phone number, we will send you a free SMS once the transfer has been paid to your beneficiary.

How to earn Gold points?

As a member of the Western Union® Gold program, you earn points every time you send money using your Gold program number. The more points you accumulate, the bigger the rewards you can redeem.

**Rewards are subject to availability, items whilst stocks last.

The more transactions you make, the more attractive the rewards.

Reward points starts from 1 May 2012 – 31 March 2013.

How to redeem your Gold points?

How to claim your reward?

Your reward will be mailed to your designated mailing address.

The estimated period for processing of a redemption request is seven (07) working days.

It's very simple to apply for a Western Union Gold Card in Singapore:
1 Just visit your nearest Western Union Agent location in Singapore and fill out a simple form with your details.
2 The Western Union Gold Card can be issued on the spot, after a money transfer transaction has been completed. Or you can come back another time to pick up your Western Union Gold Card.
3Once you send money using your Western Union Gold Card, the card is eligible to earn rewards immediately.

Three easy steps to use your Western Union Gold Card for sending money from Singapore:

  1. 1 Visit the Agent Location

    Present your Western Union Gold Card and valid identification card to the Western Union Agent. Tell the Western Union Agent your receiver's name and amount to be sent.

  2. 2 Pay for your Money Transfer

    Give the principal amount and corresponding transfer fee to the Western Union Agent.

  3. 3 Inform your Receiver

    Call to inform your recipient to pick up the money from any of the local Western Union Agent locations.
